學生發展工作 Student Development Work
在大學裡，我並不是什麼教授或教職員，其中一個新工作，就是幫助學生處理申請政府津貼和資助撥款等相關事宜。最近，我收到了一位學生關於申請政府津貼資助求助郵件。email字裡行間，看起來他的情緒非常煩亂。
由於這位學生顯得非常急迫，我早上先回覆了他，目的是讓他知道他不是一個人，我們同樣地，也跟他一樣正在努力。
之後，我與我的社工同事一起分工共同跟進這件事。保持與這位學生的緊密聯繫，讓他知道我們正在積極幫助他。我擔心的是，在他寄來的郵件中充滿絕望的情緒，他正處於一段困難的時期。
至少，有社工同事將與他保持密切聯繫，提供情緒上的支持和鼓勵； 也有我跟學生資助辦事處主動一點，可能就能夠幫助學生找到解決方案，減輕他的壓力和困憂。
有時候，稍微停下來，問問在你身邊，你直覺反應告訴你不妥的人- 聽他說，可以的話，跟對方說：『我有什麼可以幫你做的』，這一點點，說不定就讓那些需要幫助的人感到被關心和支持了。建立一個關心情緒健康的環境，遠離胡思亂想。

如果1月之前都收不到面試就是落選了。。。』
解答回覆學生的提問，以上是我工作的一部分。
目前在我手上的工作，很多時候，如果沒有能夠關注情緒和同理心的話，會覺得學生的問題很煩很鎖碎，永遠不會完全解決全部的問題。畢竟，很多人天天去上班，一回到工作時就會心情煩躁常的事情。
很慶幸我很早就找到自己喜歡的工作，也比一般人稍微更早已了解到一自己在工作上的意義 – 我的角色就是要幫助解決問題，也是我在工作中最重要的價值所在。
儘管很多人都說，這工作不做了，太多事情要跟。不過，我反而逐漸體會到當中的意義。
而且，身邊的社工同事人實在太好太好了，說話溫柔體貼，語氣和善，跟他們一起工作，心情不好都會好。我覺得自己很幸福跟這些同事一起共事- 畢竟，巧妙地讓對方心情變得更好，是他們的強項！
我漸漸地愛上這份工作了。

外交特考怎麼考？
外交特考報名時間約在每年5-6月，報名方式一律採網路報名，外交特考分二試舉行，第一試筆試約在9月舉辨，第二試口試約在12月舉辦。 第一試筆試約10月下旬放榜，實際榜示日期需視本考試典試委員會之決議而定。 筆試及口試，僅設臺北考區。

外交領事人員 vs 外交行政人員

外交行政人員簡單來說，就是在外交部任職的一般行政人員。於外交部及駐外館處辦理各項行政庶務，包括電務、總務、會計及人事業務等，並適時協助辦理其他相關涉外業務。
外派工作通常都由外交領事人員擔任，因此外派機會相對較少；另不同於外交領事人員須具備多國語言能力，在外交行政人員的考試科目裡相關語言考科只有考國文、英文，特別適合英文能力優，且對國際事務有興趣的人報考！
外交行政人員好考嗎？
外交行政人員錄取率，自108至110年分別為2.96%、2.78%及5.71%；在公職類科當中，錄取率或許不算高，但因為投考組合選擇豐富，所以仍不失為一個非常值得投資的機會~
外交行政人員雖然報考者眾多，但每年完全到考人數約只有總報名人數的5-6成，且行政機構為確保報考年度中仍有行政人員可隨時聘用，會斟酌增加錄取名額至候用名冊。此外，準備外交行政人員考科者，還可依其學科準備內容，同時報考當年度(或隔年度)的地方特考、初等考、國安局特考…等等國考考試，為自己規劃出更多種投考選擇，真正實現一次準備、多次上榜.
